AT BORN 2 GRIND, WE WANT YOU TO BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER, PLEASE REVIEW OUR RETURNS POLICY BELOW.

RETURN WINDOW
ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY. AFTER 14 DAYS, WE UNFORTUNATELY CANNOT OFFER A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

CONDITION OF ITEMS
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE:

• UNWORN
• IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT
• IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH TAGS ATTACHED

EXCHANGES
WE ONLY REPLACE ITEMS IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. IF YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR THE SAME PRODUCT, PLEASE CONTACT US.

REFUNDS
ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU VIA EMAIL THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND.

IF APPROVED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT WITHIN 5–10 BUSINESS DAYS.

RETURN SHIPPING
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THEIR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING ITEMS UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT.

SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
